Enjoy a unique culinary experience in the heart of Palermo with a local chef who will welcome you to his kitchen workshop, just a short walk from the famous cathedral. The activity begins with the presentation of the ingredients selected to create a typical Palermo menu. You will then prepare the classic Sunday menu, which includes, depending on availability, the preparation of Sicilian caponata or stuffed pasta in two shapes with a filling chosen by the chef based on seasonal availability Finally, you will prepare a classic traditional Sicilian dessert: milk pudding with a shortcrust pastry and fruit crumble, just like grandma used to make, or a Sicilian/Italian-inspired spoon dessert. Throughout the course, the chef will share secrets, techniques, and interesting facts about regional cuisine with you, making the experience authentic and engaging. At the end of the class, you can enjoy the dishes prepared together, accompanied by wine and water, for a true to the flavors of Palermo.
