Alcamo: Farm to Table- Wine Lunch/dinner experience

A tour of the vineyard - set in the rolling hills of Alcamo overlooking the mediterranean, followed by a guided tasting of four organic wines paired with a four course meal.

A deep dive into the history and roots of our winery. From the original local Arabic fortress to the development of the lands under the Aragonese and Bourbon nobility - this tasting is a journey through Sicily’s rich history. This experience includes an in depth tour of the vineyard - set in the rolling hills of Alcamo overlooking the mediterranean, the. A perfect way to learn all about the Alcamo DOC territory and discover its unique wines. We will then move to the baglio (a historic Sicilian farmhouse and courtyard) approximately 1km away to begin the expertly prepared meal consisting of locally produced delicacies paired with our wines. The Menu Includes Aperitivo with a glass of our own sparkling wine. Four different Antipasti accompanied by our white wines. First course of freshly made pasta accompanied by another of our white wines. Second course with sides paired with our Nero d’Avola Dessert accompanied by our very special homemade amaro.
