After arriving, take some time to wander independently, and be sure to sample some local Sicilian sweets – you won't regret it! Enjoy a light and delicious lunch at a traditional Sicilian olive oil farm, savoring the flavors of the region with a tasting of local products. This afternoon, we'll embark on a scenic drive along the Salt Way Road, marveling at the stunning salt pans where sea salt is still harvested using age-old Phoenician methods, a tradition preserved through the centuries. Our journey then continues to Marsala, the "Marsa Allah" – Harbor of God – a town renowned globally for its exceptional wine.
