Description
This Etna wine tasting is a journey through the wines of Sicily's volcano, with a sommelier explaining each glass in plain language. You taste four selected labels, each showing a different side of Mount Etna and its volcanic soil.
Every wine comes with a small traditional Sicilian dish designed to bring out its aromas and flavours, so the food does as much of the talking as the glass. The sommelier takes you step by step through the pairings, with stories about the land, facts about the native grape varieties and a few secrets of matching food and wine.

There is no technical jargon, which makes the session just as good for someone who knows nothing about wine as for a keen connoisseur. If a bottle wins you over, you can buy it at the end of the tasting.
The experience lasts about 90 minutes and is led in English or Italian. It is not suitable for children under 18.
