Description
This inflatable boat tour around Mondello's gulf is made for people who want the sea without the crowd on the beach. A professional skipper drives the boat for about four hours, so all you need to do is enjoy the ride and the water.
The boat leaves from the Arenella harbour in Palermo, where you step aboard and say hello to the skipper. From there the boat speeds along the coast, with views of Palermo from the water, until it reaches the Gulf of Mondello. In the bay the boat anchors for a swim, and a later stop in a quiet cove lets you float, sunbathe and look at the coast around you. The trip ends with an easy return to Arenella.
You can choose between two sessions:
- Morning, for the coolest and quietest hours on the water
- Afternoon, for the warm sun and the late light
The rental includes the skipper, fuel and safety gear. The organisers ask guests to be at the pier a little before departure to check in. The tour is not suitable for children under 6, people over 70 years or 140 kg, or anyone with heart, back or breathing problems, or prone to seasickness.
