Description
This wine tasting with vinyl music in Palermo takes place in the Listening Wine Room, a small space with a design borrowed from the hi-fi bars of Tokyo and New York, yet Sicilian in spirit. It is not a classic tasting: you listen, share and feel each wine.
A music curator plays records while you drink artisanal Sicilian wines from small independent wineries. Every glass is matched with a tale, a beat and a feeling, so the tasting turns into a narrative. The selection spans jazz and soul to indie, ambient, house, rock and Mediterranean sounds.
- Sicilian boutique wines from small independent wineries
- Small bites like pane cunzato with cheese, olives and cured meats
- A vinyl session in a room designed for sound with a hi-fi system
Soft lighting, crystal glasses and classic Italian films shown on the walls complete the setting in the centre of Palermo. Depending on bookings, the session can be shared with a group or private. Lasting from one to two hours, it suits adults only, as children under 18 are not admitted.
